This cookie allows us to track visitor statistics and site usage and is automatically deleted after 30 days.

We collect the e-mail addresses and names of those who register for our services. The information is not shared with or sold to other organisations for commercial purposes, except to provide products or services you’ve requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:

Information Gathering and Usage
When you register with Insight Mobile, we ask for information such as your name, email address, billing address, or payment information.
We process your personal information for certain legitimate business purposes, which include some or all of the following:
- To register you as a client and provide you with access to our products and services,
- To identify you and provide you with a secure means of logging into your Content Management System (CMS),
- To send you quotes and invoices for our products and services,
- To enable you to be contacted in relation to products and services or events you are involved with,
- Where the processing enables us to enhance, modify, personalise or otherwise improve our services/communications for the benefit of our clients and users,
- To enhance the security of our systems,
- To better understand how people interact with our products,
- To provide administrative, operational or technical communications.
Whenever we process data for these purposes we will ensure that we always keep your personal data rights in high regard and take account of these rights.
It is the event organiser’s responsibility to ensure they process any data collected from submitters in line with all relevant data laws and regulations. Submitters should ensure they have permission from all persons mentioned in their submission prior to submitting their personal data.
You have the right to object to any processing if you wish or ask for your data to be provided to you, deleted or moved. Please bear in mind that if you object or your data is moved, this may affect our ability to carry out tasks above for your benefit.
If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.
A cookie is a small amount of data, which often includes an anonymous unique identifier, that is sent to your browser from a web site’s computers and stored on your computer’s hard drive.

All data is only stored in our CMS which is hosted with the London server of Digital Ocean which is iso2701 certified. On request we can store data on a different Digital Ocean server location in the EU or Singapore. Data is backed up daily on Heart Internet. Only relevant data for an Insight Mobile app is downloaded into the conference app on a user’s device. Every client has their own secure and encapsulated database and CMS installation ensuring no overlap with other client databases. We only store data provided to us by the client on the basis that is necessary for the effective use of our product. Every CMS storing provided data is deleted 6 months after the app has been removed from the App Store and Google Play, unless specifically requested by the client.
Any personal data entered into an app is stored on that user’s device only. Uninstalling the app will remove any personal data or usage and will not be retrievable. Any chat messages sent via an Insight Mobile app are only stored on our server anonymously until they are delivered to the app. Data entered into certain features that can be, upon request and permission, be public facing such as Media Walls, will not be deleted upon de-installation of the app. Any removal of this content is the responsibility of the individual app user.
Data Sharing & Processing
All data is handled in the United Kingdom and is not processed or shared with any other third party except the servers listed above, utilised for security and encapsulated data storage purposes.
Upon the decision of the client, the app may request that the user enters an email address to confirm that they are a registered user of the app. The email address is used to log-in to the app only, we will not distribute this to third parties or use any personal information for any reason.
We do not use or collect your precise geographic location.
We do not share personally identifiable information with other companies. We do not allow advertising companies to collect data through our service for ad targeting.
We do collect anonymous app screen view analytics data which is stored in Google Fire Base. These statistics are anonymous and cannot be traced back to a specific user. We do collect anonymous device tokens to enable push notifications to the user which is specific to the app installation and becomes invalid upon deinstallation of the app. This device token can be personalised upon request and permission to enable bespoke notifications.
All our services use SSL for access which complies with the latest security standard from Apple and Google for the apps.
Insight Mobile uses a third party service to help maintain the security and performance of the Insight Mobile website. To deliver this service it processes the IP addresses of visitors to Insight Mobile website.
We use a third party service, WordPress.com, to publish our website, which is hosted at WordPress.com, which is run by Automattic Inc. We use a standard WordPress service to collect anonymous information about users’ activity on the site, for example the number of users viewing pages on the site, to monitor and report on the effectiveness of the site and help us improve it. WordPress requires visitors that want to post a comment to enter a name and email address. For more information about how WordPress processes data, please see Automattic’s privacy notice.
All app software is natively programmed and does not run from a web server, therefore exist as a standalone encapsulated app on a user’s device.
Our in-system emails are managed using Microsoft Outlook and Rackspace. For more information about how Microsoft and Rackspace process data, please see Microsoft’s Privacy Statement and the Rackspace EU Privacy Statement.
We use a third party service, Quickbooks to manage our accounts, billing and payroll, which is run by Intuit UK. For more information about how Quickbooks processes data, please see Inuit’s data security information.
Third Party Providers
We may share data via other third party providers on occasion to provide additional products and services only at the request of a client. Only relevant data will be shared.
Insight Mobile may disclose personally identifiable information under special circumstances, such as to comply with a summons or when your actions violate our Terms of Service.
Insight Mobile may periodically update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your account or by placing a prominent notice on our site.
